I have questions about where to find and/or register for a webinar.
Where do I find upcoming Artful Webinars that are NOT yet on sale?
Please click here to find a Showcase of ALL Upcoming Webinars. (Acrylics, Oils, Color Pencil, etc.)
I saw a project under "Upcoming" but it's not there anymore.
1) It is likely registration for the class has open and the class is now located under “Painting”, “Color Pencil”, or “Other”.
2) It is possible the class was removed. Scheduled webinars are at the discretion of Artful Webinars and the Artists. We will attempt to promote webinars with certainty, but designs may be cancelled and/or postponed prior to registration opening.
A class opened today, but I can't find it.
Acrylics, Oils, and Watercolor designs will be found under “PAINTING”. Color Pencil designs will be found under “COLOR PENCIL” and any Mixed Media, Pastels, or other various mediums will be found under “OTHER”.
I can't find/register for a class, please add me to the roster list and bill me.
We are not able to add any students to any webinar and “bill” them. That is not how the registration system works. Please check the webinar pages thoroughly for the class you’re looking to register for. If the registration link is not working, please try again in 24 hours.
How do I know what medium the project is going to be in?
Please review the showcase of upcoming webinars to find what medium the project will be done in – the medium of the project will be noted immediately after the name of the project (under the image of the project).
If I register for the repeat date, can I attend the original date?
NO! The original date is sold out, meaning the class is full – there are no seats available.
Registration is closed, can I purchase the E-Packet & access to the video replay?
Has the class already been taught?
If no – please call Support at (603) 420-8794.
If yes – consider purchasing an annual pass to our Video Library. However, we do not guarantee all webinars will be available in the library. We ask students to register for classes prior to 11:59PM the day before any webinar.
A webinar I wanted to sign up for is sold out. Will there be a repeat?
Not necessarily. Repeat webinars are at the discretion of the Artist. They are NEVER guaranteed.
But what if the first date is better for me/my schedule?
Once a class is full, there are no seats. We understand we are using a virtual classroom, but even they can be overwhelming for the teacher and for our monitors if overcrowded.
In the future, please try to register as early as possible for a webinar. If you weren’t aware of the class, consider joining our mailing list to be one of the first notified of classes opening up.
What if I want to buy a seat, in the webinar, for a friend?
When registering for a webinar, whether it is for you or for a friend, please use the name and email address of the person who will be sitting in on the class within the first registration field.
After you have put the recipient’s name in the first registration field, please place the details pertaining to the credit card being used for purchase within the “Billing Information”. [ie. Your name, email address, etc.]
I signed up for a webinar that sold out, but my friend wants to join. Can we move into a classroom together?
Once you are registered for a class, you will not be permitted to switch dates.
Please note, if we learn that someone has joined the class (including joining you at your home and sitting in on the webinar), but they have not purchased a seat for it – YOU will be charged the full amount of the webinar AND risk no longer being permitted into Zoom webinars.
About Pattern Packets and “Accessing Virtual/Online Event”.
I registered for a webinar; where are the instructions/pattern packets?
Students have IMMEDIATE access to ALL webinar documents upon completion of registration. Please thoroughly read your confirmation email for details on how to retrieve the documents.
If you have deleted your confirmation email, please click on “My Account”* at the top of the website. If you have not yet created your account, please click on “Claim My Account”. Otherwise, log in using your registered email address and the password you created.
This will show you the webinar(s) you have registered for, and allow for you to opt for the confirmation email to be resent.
How do I access the instructions and pattern?
Please follow Step 2 of the directions provided in your confirmation email.
It reads: Click on Access Online Event, click on downloads (to the right), click on each line item separately (if more than one) and download your instructions, line drawings, and any other pertinent information.
Need your confirmation email? See above paragraph about “My Account”.
I tried logging into My Account, and it isn't working.
Students need to click on “Claim My Acocount” when they register for a webinar. The email address used at the time of registration needs to match the email address they’re using when accessing their account.
If they have already claimed their account, but cannot log in, they will need to click on “Forgot Password” and have the password reset. You will receive an email to do so, to the email address used during registration.
If you are still having trouble claiming or logging into the account, it is possible the email address was typed incorrectly either during registration or during the time of claiming the account. Please contact [email protected] to confirm the email address used at time of registration. Please provide your name and email address that SHOULD be connected to the registration.
Please note, if you have used two separate emails, we cannot merge the two accounts to show one full list of your registered classes; you will need to claim the account of BOTH email addresses used.
Why am I receiving a "Token Already In Use" error code when I click on "Access Online Event"?
The code can only be used on one device at a time. For example, if a customer opens the link in their email via mobile phone, and then returns to their computer and opens the link there, it will say the code is in use because the phone already opened the link.
They will want to view the content on the device where the link was originally opened. This is to help ensure customers don’t share their codes/links with others who haven’t paid.
Note: The code does reset every hour, so if the registrant has not used their code in the last hour, then the next device they use their link on will work.
I have questions about Video Replays.
Will there be a video replay for a webinar I registered for?
It is dependent upon the teacher. Not all teachers permit us to record their webinars. Please contact [email protected] with the following information: Artist’s Name and Title & Date of Project.
When will the video replay be available?
7-10 Bunsiness Days AFTER the date of class.
How will I know when the video replay is available?
Students will recieve an email notification when a webinar’s video replay becomes available. Please keep an eye on your emails, as they will also note when the video will STOP being available.
If it has been exactly 2 Weeks and you have not received such an email or an update as to when you might expect it, please feel free to email [email protected].
Where do I find the video replay?
Students should refer to the email they received, notifying them about the video replay being available.
If they cannot locate that email, they can refer to ANY of the emails they received regarding the webinar (confirmation email or either reminder emails (the one from 24 hours prior to the class or the morning of the class).
Click on the “Access Online/Virtual Event” and the video replay will be available under the “Media” tab. Click on the video replay item and then click the blue “Launch” button.
How long will the video replay be available?
90 days from the day it is posted. A specific date will be noted in the email, as well as under the video itself when you open to view.
Why can't I download the replay video?
Because it is not downloadable.
Recording video replays in any manner is considered piracy and legal actions may be taken if this illegal act is done.
Can I get an extension to the video replay?
No.
Please consider purchasing an annual pass to our Video Library.
I can’t make it to the webinar…
Will there be a video replay?
Please see above section on “Video Replays”.
Will I be refunded or credited?
No.
In accordance to the Terms & Conditions, which students are required to agree to prior to submitting payment, refunds will not be given.
Refunds will not be granted if you are unable to attend, as instructions for the project are provided immediately after registration and the majority of our webinars offer a Video Replay for 30 days after the class.
Credit will NOT be given to registered students who are not able to attend a webinar. Students will still have access to the instructions and Video Replay (if offered) for up to 30 days.
Can I exchange for another webinar I can attend?
Students unable to attend a LIVE webinar will not be permitted to exchange one webinar for another, nor will they be given permission to exchange the same webinar for a different date if a repeat date becomes available.
About the VIP Membership & Membership Subscriptions
Do I HAVE to be a Member to take classes?
No. You can still register for our webinars without being a Member. Memberships are highly recommended for folks participating in many of our webinars through the year. If you are interested in discounts, early access, and more, please visit Memberships – Artful Webinars
How do I become a VIP Member?
We have discountinued the VIP Membership. If you are interested in discounts, early access, and more, please visit Memberships – Artful Webinars
Why can't I find my Membership page to register for classes?
The Membership pages cannot be accessed from the public Artful Webinars website. Please refer to the email regarding openings to find the Baroque or Minimalism button and be transported to YOUR PRIVATE page.
Why isn't my Membership Code working when I register for a webinar?
Please be sure you are entering it in correctly. The easiest way to confirm this is by copying and pasting the code from your emails or from the private Membership page.
Where do I go for early registration?
If you have registered for an Artful Webinars Membership (Baroque, Minimalism) then please refer to your confirmation email, which will provide you with a link to your private page and other details.
About the Video Library
What is the Video Library? How does it work?
Please thoroughly read the information provided on the Video Library page.
Do I get access for free as a Member?
No. However, Members DO receive a discount code to use towards the purchase of an annual pass.
I paid for a pass to the Video Library. I also paid for classes in the past. Do I have to pay for the class again to see the video replays of those classes?
No. You will (or have already) receive(d) an email with a coupon code to use towards the purchase of the class in the library. It will give you FREE access to the webinar’s video replay.
I took the class but didn't receive an email with a coupon code.
1) Please check your SPAM/JUNK folder.
2) Has your email address changed since you registered for that class? If this is the case, please email us explaining this scenario and we will be sure to get you your coupon code.
Is this Video Library access an annual or lifetime deal?
Access to the Video Library is an annual pass ONLY at this time.
Miscellaneous FAQs.
I don't live on the East Coast, what time does my webinar start?
It really all depends on where you live and if you recognize Day Lights Savings Time. As a rule of thumb, Eastern Time (ET) is typically one hour ahead of Central Time (CT), 2 hours ahead of Mountain Time (MT), and 3 hours ahead of Pacific Time (PT).

I paid twice...
We ask students to check with the support team before registering for a class, if they feel they may have done so already OR if it is questionable that a payment went through.
Regardless, double-payments for a class may happen for one reason or another. In this case, email [email protected] and we will provide you a credit for the amount of the webinar to use towards a future webinar.
How do I get on the mailing list?
CLICK HERE and scroll all the way to the bottom of the page. There is a sign-up form you will need to fill in order to be added and receive Artful Webinars Newsletters.
How do I become a VIP Member?

Why can't I find the VIP page to register for classes?
The VIP page cannot be accessed from the public Artful Webinars website. Please refer to the email regarding openings to find the VIP button and be transported to the VIP page.
What's the difference between the Artful Webinars Facebook Page & Artfully Connected with Cindy Harrison Facebook Group?
Artful Webinars FB Page is a business page. You will find replay videos of artist and vendor interviews and upcoming webinar announcements.
Artfully Connected with Cindy Harrison FB Group is where you will find the “Show & Tell” videos and can share your finished pieces from the webinars or promote your own work with everyone.
Please note, any student requests may be accepted or rejected at the discretion of Artful Webinars.
